What You'll Do :

Evaluate new cases and manage intake

Conduct and defend depositions, including expert witnesses

Draft and argue motions in court

Lead settlement negotiations

Keep clients updated with timely and strategic case reports

Maintain a billable target of 1800 hours

Split your time between home and the Irvine office

What You Bring :

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in California

1 to 7 years of civil litigation experience

Outstanding communication and advocacy skills

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary : $100,000 to $160,000, depending on experience
