Employment Type : Full-Time
Pay : Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) + overtime + per diem when applicable
Schedule : Monday–Friday, occasional weekends as needed
About the Role
BTS Land Clearing, LLC is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to support major land clearing, site preparation, and renewable energy projects across Texas and neighboring states. If you can safely and efficiently run excavators, bulldozers, Hydro-Ax tree grinders, and other site-prep equipment, we want you on our team.
This is a hands-on, production-driven position that offers long-term stability, great pay, and advancement potential for dependable operators.
What You’ll Do
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators (CAT, Komatsu, Deere, etc.), bulldozers, track loaders, Hydro-Ax / forestry mulchers, skid steers, wheel loaders, backhoes, and dump trucks.
- Perform land clearing, grading, trenching, and vegetation removal.
- Complete daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance reports.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety standards.
- Work closely with foremen and team members to meet production goals.
- Assist with loading, transporting, and securing equipment as needed.
