  • Manage a portfolio of high-level relationships within state executive and legislative branches, mayors, and key administrative officials in core and expansion markets. Serve as the companys lead ambassador in obtaining governmental permits and approvals for real estate development projects.
  • Coordinate outside counsel and consultants to negotiate key economic development incentives within a specified region. Lead negotiations for transformative public-private partnerships and develop innovative, scalable incentive strategies that provide a competitive advantage in site selection.
