- W2 Position with Draw : $10,000 / month guaranteed draw (non-recoverable first 6 months; recapturable afterward).
- Earnings Potential : Most Loan Officers at this level earn $150,000+, with the path to $300,000–$600,000 as you build relationships and scale.
- Profit Sharing & Bonus Program : $40,000–$50,000 / year potential in addition to commissions.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with over 300 real estate agents, including 60 company investors, to drive consistent business growth.
- Oversee the full loan process from application to closing, delivering a smooth, five-star client experience every time.
- Partner with top wholesale lenders and stay current on the latest mortgage programs, products, and industry trends.
- Generate new business through agent partnerships, referrals, and proactive local networking efforts.
- Lead by example, demonstrating the qualities and initiative needed to grow into a leadership role overseeing multiple Loan Officers. Qualifications :
- Active NMLS license with approvals in Kansas & Missouri.
- 2–5 years of mortgage brokerage experience (not just bank lending).
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with both agents and clients.
- Highly driven, entrepreneurial, and motivated to significantly grow income.
- Experienced in working within a brokerage or wholesale lending environment.
- Demonstrated leadership potential — ready to mentor others, drive results, and eventually scale a high-performing team. Compensation : $150,000+ earning potential
