Qualifications & Requirements:

• CCC Required
• Inpatient, Sub-Acute, or Transitional Care experience preferred
• Servant leader mindset
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team building personality style
• Bachelor's or Masters in SLP from an accredited program
