The Role
AvalonBay has invested heavily in building a modern Revenue Management Platform to transform how we optimize pricing and maximize yield across our multifamily portfolio. To fully realize this vision, we are hiring a Director, Revenue Management Platforma first-of-its-kind leadership role at AvalonBay that will shape the strategy, technology, and execution of dynamic pricing capabilities across the company. This role offers the unique opportunity to bring best practices from hospitality, eCommerce, and yield-intensive industries to multifamily real estate, driving innovation in pricing optimization, predictive modeling, and revenue management. This role will report directly to the Senior Director or VP, Product Management at AvalonBay Communities.
