MANAGER NOTES

• Absolutely crucial for this person to understand the sales process - it is complex and can take individuals a long time to truly grasp, they need people to come in and hit the ground running right away
• Six Sigma Black Belt would be ideal
• Initially this role will be refining / updating the existing process models, then they will focus on optimization

REQUIRED SKILLS

Required Knowledge and Experience :

Proven experience in business process engineering for Sales / SaaS GTM or adjacent functions, with a track record of BPMN L2 / L3 modeling and end-to-end documentation.

Salesforce literacy (non-config) : able to read object models, relationships, and data flows; understand how processes surface in Salesforce (records, fields, statuses, automation triggers).

Metrics & Control : ability to define measures / KPIs and control plans tied to data sources and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) in partnership with analytics teams.

AI-enabled productivity : comfort using Copilot / AI tools to accelerate modeling, documentation, analysis, and communications.

Strong facilitation and communication skills; able to collaborate across sales, presales, customer success, partner teams, operations, and IT / tools.

Working knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement toolkits (DMAIC, root cause analysis, control charts).
