Job descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any irregularities. Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access or activity. Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to site protocols. Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and vendors while upholding Allied Universal standards. Support access control procedures and verify identification as required by site-specific guidelines. Assist with emergency response activities, including evacuations or other site-specific protocols as directed. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Must be at least 21 years of age. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Experience in customer service is preferred. Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol Specialist
As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol Specialist in Clinton, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food / Beverage, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. - Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
