A company is looking for a Call Center LPN - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Provide telephonic clinical assessments and recommend appropriate levels of care

Engage members with programs and complete clinical eligibility assessments

Identify health conditions or social gaps during assessments

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Minnesota Licensure

Experience in outpatient clinical, ICU, ER, PCU, or step-down settings

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and internet usage
