Front Counter Associate

Located in Richmond, California, our 14-acre facility is fully stocked with extensive inventory, which allows for prompt delivery, product versatility, and customer satisfaction. We have the largest lumber delivery fleet in the Bay Area; our steadfast delivery services bring the materials you need to your front door.

Essential Duties

• Outward-facing, person-to-person communication with customers and Channel Lumber team members.
• Serve and assist retail customers.
• Receive and pull special orders and hardware orders from internal sales organization.
• Entering quotes and orders into system for sales processing.
• Receiving and processing phone orders from customers and the Channel Lumber sales team.
• Stocking store items and merchandising.
• Special projects serving the retail and inside sales organization as needed.

Physical Requirements

Pay range $25-$30 an hour, with benefits. This is a full-time, onsite role with standard weekday hours. Occasional weekend shifts may be required.
