We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to support our team at Sandoval Flats, a 216-unit apartment community located in Rio Rancho, NM. Initially, you will serve as a roving Maintenance Technician in the greater Rio Rancho area until the property becomes fully operational.

As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the property is well-maintained and visually appealing, significantly enhancing the living experience for our residents.
