Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage various civil engineering design projects (utility, stormwater, land development).Create comprehensive project timelines and budgets.Oversee design team members and ensure adherence to quality standards.Ensure compliance with design criteria and regulatory obligations.Assist in crafting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), technical proposals, and presentations.Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, government entities, regulatory agencies, and funding organizations.Required Qualifications :
VA Registered PE or the ability to obtain VA licensure within six months.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.A minimum of seven years of experience in project management and client relations.Strong engineering design and communication skills.Proven track record in client and project development.Leadership experience and team management abilities.Preferred Skills :
Experience with local government, utility, VDOT, and land development projects.Familiarity with asset management and data analytics technology for utilities and local governments.Additional Perks & Benefits
