QUALITY CONTROL - PRECAST  CONCRETE

Relocators welcome. We do have up to three various needs for this role in Western Chicago, Indianapolis and Kansas City... among others.  Please reach out with resume and we can discuss. We have several clients with multiple manufacturing facilities producing a vast variety of precast / prestresssed concrete products. They have a passion for concrete manufacturing, prioritizing safety, and a commitment to best practices.  We are looking for someone with a track record of driving quality results and play a key role indriving process improvement.

Qualifications Highlight

• Ideal Candidate has the necessary experience within quality and Concrete / Precast manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; or requivalent experience
• Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of quality control experience
• Must be able to work in fast paced, quick changing atmosphere.
• Possess ACI and / or PCI Certifications and williness to grow necessary certifications
• Ability to coach and mentor more junior QC staff
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
