Your Impact
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who will contribute to the success of the HR Team, applying their expertise in Recruiting to support the achievement of team and company goals and deliver innovative, reliable solutions. In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams, demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and maintain a commitment to professional excellence, quality and continuous improvement.
The Role
As the Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be supporting our talent acquisition processes and coordinating a variety of activities within the Human Resources department. This role will provide a great opportunity to develop skills and build a solid foundation for advancement in an HR / Talent Acquisition focused career.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with Hiring Managers to finalize job descriptions for recruitment.
- Work closely with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Coordinate the offer / hiring processes and assist with new employee onboarding. This includes : run background checks, drug screens, reference checks before start date.
- Welcome employees upon hire, providing valuable orientation information as they begin their journey at Particle Measuring Systems, and following up through our 30 / 60 / 90-day check-ins.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with coordinating our internship program.
- Work on special projects as assigned, including training efforts, policy work, and assistance with employee communications.
- Continuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety.

Required Qualifications
Experience in a talent acquisition / recruiting role.Customer service mindset.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills.Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-paced environment.Familiarity with Workday is helpful but not required.Required skills : communication, collaboration, organization, etc.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or relevant field and / or equivalent experience.Two years of related experience.Basic understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.Work Environment, Physical Requirements & Location
This role primarily operates in an office / lab / manufacturing environment. Must be able to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods of time.Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs may be required.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role.This is an "in-office" position 20-40% of the time. The location of this position is in Niwot, CO. The remainder of the time you may work from home. These percentages are targets with the actual schedule to be determined in conjunction with the Recruitment team.Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary range : $46,400 71,185 depending upon experience. Our compensation philosophy : we offer competitive pay based on market data, including local, national, and industry benchmarks. For new hires, offers are generally within the established min- to mid-point of the range for the role, with flexibility to recognize experience, skills, and education.
