Key Responsibilities
Responds to customer inquiries via telephone and resolves basic payment and account-related requests
Maintains knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively
Enters data into client systems and escalates unresolved issues to senior representatives
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 6 months call center experience within the last 18 months
Must be on camera during training and other designated times
Requires a cabled internet connection; no wireless connections allowed
Flexibility to work mid to late shifts, including weekends
