Job descriptionLead ideation and concept development for new products based on market trends, customer feedback, and internal insights Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and marketing to ensure product feasibility, scalability, and market alignment Manage the full product lifecycle—from initial concept through launch and post-launch optimization Implement lean principles and process improvements to streamline development and enhance product consistency Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance throughout the development process Champion sustainability by integrating eco-friendly materials and practices into product design Use data-driven insights and advanced technologies (AI, IoT, AR / VR) to enhance innovation and product performance Comprehensive health benefits Retirement plan options Professional development opportunities Collaborative and innovative work environment Bachelors Degree in an Engineering or technically-related field 4+ years of experience in product development, innovation, or quality engineering within the Nonwovens Industry Strong understanding of nonwoven materials, manufacturing processes, and applications Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, CRM tools Experience with lean manufacturing, quality control, and statistical / AI tools Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives A mindset geared toward experimentation, adaptability, and strategic thinking Exposure to entrepreneurial environments, innovation coursework, or emerging technologies Must live in or be willing to relocate to the De Pere, WI area
Job Description
Salary : $150K–$190K
