Lead ideation and concept development for new products based on market trends, customer feedback, and internal insightsCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and marketing to ensure product feasibility, scalability, and market alignmentManage the full product lifecycle—from initial concept through launch and post-launch optimizationImplement lean principles and process improvements to streamline development and enhance product consistencyEnsure quality assurance and regulatory compliance throughout the development processChampion sustainability by integrating eco-friendly materials and practices into product designUse data-driven insights and advanced technologies (AI, IoT, AR / VR) to enhance innovation and product performanceBenefits Offered :

To be a champion in this role, you will need :
