What You'll Do

Own and Impact Major Projects :

You'll play a pivotal role in the financial management of our construction projects. From tracking expenses to preparing monthly billings, your contributions will ensure our projects are on budget and on track. You'll be the key financial partner for project managers, ensuring they have the accurate, timely information they need to succeed.

Drive Process Improvement :

We're always looking for ways to do things better. You'll have the opportunity to lead special projects focused on improving financial processes and streamlining workflows, making a tangible impact on how we operate.

Be a Financial Leader :

As a trusted advisor, you'll provide insightful financial guidance that will influence decision-making at every level. You'll have the autonomy to take ownership of key tasks, resolve financial issues, and contribute to strategic discussions that move the company forward.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably with a focus on construction projects or in a similar industry.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, particularly US GAAP.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.

Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a knack for managing multiple projects.

A team player with great communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across departments.

An appetite for problem-solving and continuous learning, with the ability to tackle complex financial challenges.

Bonus Points If You Have

CPA certification or equivalent.

Experience with construction project financials and reporting.

Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Viewpoint).
