Responsibilities :
- Curate personalized itineraries for clients
- Research and coordinate reservations through multiple suppliers
- Identify client preferences, needs, and budget and offer tailored recommendations
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly
- Troubleshoot and resolve booking-related issues
- Maintain accurate and secure client records
- Participate in ongoing training
