Account Executive – Drive Growth in the Stone, Kitchen & Bath Industry

Location : Cleveland, OH (Hybrid) | East Coast applicants considered

Target earnings : $85k–$95k in year one, with clear potential for $125k–$150k+ in year two.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead the full sales process – from discovery to close – using an education-first, solutions-based approach.
• Engage directly with industry leaders through 45–60 minute discovery calls and tailored proposals that showcase our value.
• Represent us at 4–8 national conferences each year, generating new leads, networking with partners, and helping position us as thought leaders.
• Build lasting client partnerships by delivering white-glove service and demonstrating ROI.
• Leverage technology (HubSpot, Google Workspace, AI tools) to stay organized, efficient, and impactful.
