About the Role

We have an immediate need for a skilled AP / AR Specialist to join our team on a contract basis , with strong potential to convert to a full-time role. In this self-directed position, you'll handle full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, support the month-end close process, and help maintain accurate financial records. You'll be part of a small office where initiative and reliability are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AP and AR transactions
• Maintain vendor and customer records and ensure timely payments and collections
• Support cash application and bank reconciliations
• Assist with general ledger entries and month-end close activities
• Prepare aging reports and resolve payment discrepancies
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners professionally and promptly
