Job Description

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Job Specialty : ICU RN

Job Duration : 12 weeks

Shift : 7am-7pm, varies

Guaranteed Hours : Full-time

Experience : Minimum of 2 years within the specialty

License : Registered Nurse License

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

Must-Have : Prior experience in an ICU setting

Job Description :

• Provide critical care to patients in accordance with treatment plans and established protocols.
• Monitor patient vitals and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
• Document all care activities in accordance with hospital policies and regulations.
• Administer medications as prescribed and assess for side effects.
• Assist in emergency resuscitation efforts if required.
• Educate patients and families on care management and recovery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
