A day in this role

Your day starts early at 6 : 00am. You review work orders, prep truck bodies, and set up tools for the day. You’ll :

• Carry out wet and dry sanding to create smooth, paint-ready surfaces.
• Use grinders to blend welds and correct imperfections.
• Mix and apply one-stage coatings with pressurized paint gun(s).
• Perform light bodywork using Bondo to ensure a flawless finish.
• Wear an N95 respirator and follow safety protocols throughout the shift.
• Wrap up by cleaning tools and staging jobs for the next day, finishing at 2 : 30pm.
