About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll guide customers through their digital car purchase journey. You'll act as a trusted advisor, problem-solver, and champion of customer satisfaction.. all while earning competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and growth potential.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact, guiding customers with clarity and care.
• Answer questions, explain next steps, and provide updates via phone, text, and email.
• Support financing, collect documents, and coordinate smooth delivery.
• Build trust by ensuring every customer feels valued and respected.
