Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive annual salary : \n$320,000 – $350,000, based on experience, schedule, and qualifications.

Responsibilities : \n\n

  • Provide comprehensive\ncritical care coverage in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on a 7-on / 7-off\nschedule, supporting a balanced work-life routine.
  • Collaborate closely with\nmultidisciplinary teams, including nursing, respiratory therapy, and specialty\nconsultants, to develop and execute patient-centered care plans.
  • Perform patient assessments,\nmanage ventilators, oversee admissions and discharges, and conduct daily ICU\nrounds.
  • Utilize the Cerner EMR\nsystem for accurate and efficient clinical documentation.
  • Contribute to ongoing\nquality improvement initiatives and ensure best practices in critical care\nmedicine.

    Requirements : \n\n

  • Board Certified or Board\nEligible in Critical Care Medicine, Pulmonary and Critical Care, or Internal\nMedicine / Critical Care.
  • Valid Massachusetts medical\nlicense (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Proven expertise in the\nmanagement of complex, critically ill patients.
  • Strong communication and\nteamwork skills.
  • Commitment to evidence-based\nmedicine and continuous professional growth.
