What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be the bridge between our design, production, and trade partners-keeping our pre-construction process running smoothly from first sketches to shovel-ready plans. You'll ensure our numbers are accurate, our systems aligned, and our team set up for success.

You will :

  • Develop and refine detailed scopes of work and accurate project estimates in CoConstruct, adapting templates to reflect the nuances of each design.
  • Coordinate on-site walkthroughs with trade partners, designers, and project managers to support precise pricing and clear communication.
  • Manage bid packages-soliciting, tracking, and compiling trade and vendor pricing with consistency and clarity.
  • Maintain up-to-date project specifications, from material selections and fixture details to procurement lead times.
  • Build and maintain project schedules and procurement timelines, helping the team anticipate and plan with confidence.
  • Support change orders, cost tracking, and budget reviews, ensuring every adjustment is clear and every decision is informed.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine and optimize our internal systems, supporting repeatable, high-performance results across projects.

What You Bring

  • A working knowledge of the residential remodeling and construction process, from design development through production.
  • The ability to read and interpret architectural drawings with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools (CoConstruct preferred), plus proficiency in Excel, Word, and scheduling software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills-you know how to keep multiple estimates and deadlines on track.
  • Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • A methodical and analytical mindset, bringing accuracy and insight to every estimate and update.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic environment-able to pivot as project scopes evolve without losing focus or precision.
  • Who You Are

You're proactive, dependable, and genuinely take pride in a job well done. You find satisfaction in structure and clarity-and you know that the details you manage make the difference between good and great. You're not just keeping the process moving; you're helping craft homes that feel right, work beautifully, and last for generations.

    Why You'll Love Working Here

At Lee Kimball, we don't just build spaces-we build trust, relationships, and a shared standard of excellence. You'll join a collaborative, mission-driven team where your skills and systems thinking directly shape the quality of every client experience.

    Here, you'll :

  • Work with a legacy brand recognized for award-winning design-build craftsmanship.
  • Collaborate with talented designers, builders, and project leaders who care deeply about their craft.
  • Grow your expertise through professional development and real-world experience on distinctive, high-quality projects.
  • Contribute to a culture that values precision, respect, and continuous improvement -because every detail matters.
  • Ready to Build Better?

If you're energized by process, motivated by accuracy, and proud to support work that truly stands the test of time, we'd love to hear from you.

Join Lee Kimball-and help us build what matters most.
