Key job responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact operational projects that start with the customer and work backwards to revolutionize their grocery shopping experience
• Take end-to-end responsibility for multi-functional teams and projects, thinking long-term and acting on behalf of the entire company to drive sustainable growth
• Build and execute innovative project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and success metrics that simplify complex operational challenges and create scalable solutions
• Partner with Store Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, PXT, Legal and Technology teams using strong judgment and good instincts to implement transformative processes and systems
• Analyze multiple inputs, opportunities and risks with a continuous learning mindset to recommend breakthrough, data-driven solutions
• Mentor and develop exceptional team members while building world-class organizational capability and raising the performance bar
• Develop industry-leading scalable solutions that can be implemented across multiple regions and store formats while maintaining relentlessly high standards
• Create bold directions and inspire breakthrough results that scale across Amazon's worldwide physical grocery store network
• Communicate project status, issues, and results to senior leadership with speed, transparency, and calculated risk-taking
• Measure and report on project outcomes and business impact while accomplishing more with less and being resourceful in pursuit of customer value

The Colorado base pay for this position ranges from $137,600 / year up to $186,200 / year. The National base pay for this position ranges from $124,900 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
