Associate Regional Sales Manager (Seattle, WA)

Location : Seattle, WA

  • Remote | Full-time

Salary Range : $80,000 - $100,000 DOE + commission

Job Overview

We are seeking an Associate Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial activities in Oregon, Washington, and Western Canada. This role involves building and nurturing key customer relationships, expanding the customer base, and providing comprehensive support. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of drug development pipelines, including cell and gene therapy, vaccines, antibodies, and small molecules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and outreach through calls and emails.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute territory sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to customers.
  • Partner with internal teams in marketing, product development, and technical support.
  • Represent the company at tradeshows, association meetings, and networking events.
  • Travel within the designated territory (approximately 40-50%).
  • Perform other duties as needed.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the bioindustry related to developing, manufacturing, or utilizing recombinant proteins.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

  • Work Environment

    This role operates primarily in an office setting, with occasional exposure to laboratory and warehouse environments. Physical demands include regular use of hands for handling tools and reaching, as well as frequent standing, speaking, and hearing.
