Key Responsibilities :

• Executes and is responsible for basic alteration services (i.e. Hemming, patch and repair, tapering, etc.) and more technical alterations (e.g. Fitting / tailoring items other than jeans, where more technical equipment is necessary; detailed appearance altering processes.)
• Exemplifies and possesses strong customer service skills to elevate our clients experience.
• Educates and trains store teams on customer offerings and services provided by the Tailor Shop.

Job Requirements :

Education : - Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred

Experience :

Physical Requirements : - While performing the duties of the job the employee may be required to stand, walk, sit, talk and hear, use hands to type and utilize the tools of tailor shop.
