The Assistant Team Leader provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire front-end of the store. Responsibilities include associate development, customer service, asset protection, and store maintenance. The role also involves managing payroll budgets, ensuring store standards, leading safety meetings, and completing price changes.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of retail experience in a supervisory role, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
