We are seeking a Director of Member Engagement Strategy to lead high-impact initiatives that connect more people to mental healthcare through thoughtful, effective marketing. Reporting to the Senior Director of Member Growth, this role will drive strategic member engagement programs in partnership with Spring Health's largest customers. This person will be responsible for driving strategy and execution that unlocks activation, retention, and long-term outcomes through tailored, data-informed initiatives.
This is a full-time position based in NYC. The role operates under a hybrid model, with three days per week in our HQ at 60 Madison Ave office required.
As a key leader within Member Growth, you'll oversee a team of vertical marketers focused on high-touch, high-value accounts. You'll also help shape how Spring Health scales personalized engagement across our member base by developing repeatable models, systems, and success frameworks.

The target base salary range for this position is $173,110 - $216,390, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
