As the Chief Development Officer, you'll work alongside our Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors, and Advisory Councils, playing a key role in shaping the future of our organization.You'll lead a talented team dedicated to fundraising and grant management, and you’ll engage with major donors to help ensure we continue to be a force for good in the community.You’ll also have the chance to :
Develop innovative fundraising strategies, from major gifts to capital campaigns.Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, corporations, and foundations.Lead grant management efforts to secure vital resources.Key Responsibilities :
Leadership : Guide the Resource Development team and act as a visionary for future fundraising initiatives.Fundraising :
Drive strategies for major gifts, planned giving, corporate partnerships, and annual campaigns.Grant Management :
Identify and pursue grant opportunities while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.Administration :
Report progress to the CEO and Board, manage donor records, and ensure reconciliation with the Finance Department.Team Management :
Lead and inspire a team of development and grant professionals.What You’ll Bring :
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.Proven success in fundraising , including major gifts, annual campaigns, and grant writing.Stellar communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a high-performing team.A passion for our mission and a commitment to driving positive change.A desire to travel and engage with our communities frequently.What We Offer :
