JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring the accurate loading, unloading, and movement of products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a physically demanding role that requires being on your feet for most of the shift, lifting heavy items, and working in varying temperatures and conditions. Strong communication, flexibility, and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load and unload pallets and cases to and from trailers.
• Collect and store empty pallet boards.
• Pick appropriate cases according to orders using required technology.
• Restack fallen products in trailers.
• Load trailers via carts or by stacking cases on the truck floor.
• Receive, distribute product, and assist in weekly inventory.
• Perform housekeeping and sanitation tasks (sweeping, cleaning trailers, removing trash, etc.).
• Safely lift and handle objects weighing 15–50 lbs with or without accommodation.
