Parts Specialist

The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service. This position will also support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Essential Job Functions

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Promptly greet retail / walk-in customers and assist them.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists.
• Complete assigned company training.
• Provide excellent service to customers on the phone.
• Maintain and secure the cash drawer.
• Process exchanges and returns.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates.
• Perform various daily operational tasks.
• Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment.
• Perform various in-store services for customers.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle.
• All other duties as assigned.
