Employment Type : Full-Time | Early Career Development Program

Compensation : $65K–$83K base with 10% bonus, plus relocation and sign-on incentives.

The 3 Day Blinds Sales Leadership Development Program is your fast track to becoming a District Sales Manager (DSM) and leading high-performing sales teams across the country. Over 12–18 months, you'll gain hands-on experience, learn the business inside and out, and build the leadership skills you need to drive results and grow your career.

Relocation is required for this program. You will complete your training at a base location, and upon graduation from the program, you should expect to be assigned to another geography based on business needs.
