Maintenance Tech, 2nd Shift

AHF Products has a job opportunity for a Maintenance Tech in Crossville, TN. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.

JOB DUTIES :

• Troubleshoot and repair all production line and support equipment.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance on all production line equipment, production support equipment and buildings.
• Install new equipment, test and train others on proper and safe operation.
• Be proficient at reading mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Perform appropriate repairs with little to no supervision.
• Perform all aspects of mechanical and electrical trouble shooting and repair.
• Perform upgrades and modifications of existing equipment. Correct any unsafe acts or equipment.
• Maintain accurate records. Including work completed logs, downtime tracking, etc.
• Support manufacturing objectives.
• Work closely with the Stock Room to obtain parts and follow stockroom procedures.
• Assist in Stock Room Audits, to maintain correct quantities and parts.
• Adhere to strict safety guidelines and company standards, utilizing PPE as required.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
• Participate in Continuous Learning program.
• Perform any other duties that may be required or assigned.
