Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer and Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Perform needs analysis for training courses and develop relevant training assets

Create and maintain instructional content and multimedia elements to enhance learning

Collaborate with subject matter experts and project managers to ensure content accuracy and relevance

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 1+ year of related experience

Certification in education, instructional design, or a related field

Some knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles

Experience with publishing tools and graphic editors

Aptitude to learn new technologies and software quickly
