Job Description
As a Rubber Surfacing Installer, youll be responsible for mixing, placing, and finishing rubber surfacing materials at a variety of job sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to travel. Youll work on outdoor job sites with a close-knit crew and take pride in projects that improve community spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for rubber surfacing installation (including demolition, grading, and base work)Mix rubber granules with binder according to specificationsSpread and trowel rubber surfacing to smooth, even finishesOperate basic tools and machinery (wheelbarrows, mixers, hand tools)Maintain a clean, organized job siteFollow safety procedures at all timesTravel consistently for out-of-town jobs (lodging provided)Requirements
Construction or landscaping experience preferred (not required)Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors in various weather conditionsMust be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periodsValid drivers licenseWillingness to travel and stay overnight for projects (travel required 80 - 100% of the time)Willing to work long hours and weekends when requiredTeam player with a good attitude and willingness to learnWhat We Offer
