As our company grows, we are looking to add dedicated and hard-working individuals to our installation team.

Job Description

As a Rubber Surfacing Installer, youll be responsible for mixing, placing, and finishing rubber surfacing materials at a variety of job sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to travel. Youll work on outdoor job sites with a close-knit crew and take pride in projects that improve community spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces for rubber surfacing installation (including demolition, grading, and base work)
  • Mix rubber granules with binder according to specifications
  • Spread and trowel rubber surfacing to smooth, even finishes
  • Operate basic tools and machinery (wheelbarrows, mixers, hand tools)
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site
  • Follow safety procedures at all times
  • Travel consistently for out-of-town jobs (lodging provided)

    • Requirements

  • Construction or landscaping experience preferred (not required)
  • Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Valid drivers license
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight for projects (travel required 80 - 100% of the time)
  • Willing to work long hours and weekends when required
  • Team player with a good attitude and willingness to learn
