This role involves consistent communication, scheduling appointments, running virtual meetings, and helping families understand the options that best fit their needs. Position Overview You will be responsible for speaking with union members who have asked to be contacted, managing both inbound and outbound calls, organizing and conducting online appointments, offering clear explanations during presentations, completing digital paperwork, ensuring accuracy in all submitted documents, and participating in ongoing training as you advance.
