Shift: Part-Time | Saturdays & Sundays | 12-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: $35–$45 per hour

Job Summary

Breezy Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN/LPN Supervisor to join our leadership team for weekend 12-hour shifts. In this vital role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee nursing operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance during the weekend.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the DON and ADON to manage and evaluate daily nursing operations in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.

• Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring quality care and adherence to professional standards.

• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care and staff performance.

• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work culture.

• Participate in facility surveys, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license (RN preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in long-term care or skilled nursing.

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
