Putting people first The Practice Manager (PM) is responsible for the management of the facility in its entirety, including business management, financial management, and overall clinical operations management. It is the Practice Manager's job to ensure the highest level of customer experience satisfaction and efficient staff management. It is the job of the Practice Manager to implement and enforce all CityVet policies, standards, and procedures.

Essential qualifications :

• Understanding of state and federal safety standards
• Knowledge of regulations governing veterinary clinics
• Certified Veterinary Practice Manager is desirable, but not required
• High school diploma / GED
• 3 years relevant experience or bachelor's degree
