About The Position
Job Title : Echo Technologist

Shift : Day
Hours per Shift : 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Experience : 3 years Echo Tech experience
License : Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (CCI)
Certifications : BLS (American Heart Association)
Must-Have :
- Positive attitude and proven willingness to assess and improve the work environment
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks while coordinating patient flow
Description :
The Echo Technologist oversees technical procedures, patient care, and workflows in the echocardiography laboratory.
They perform a full range of cardiac diagnostic testing.
The technologist assists physicians and sonographers in providing high-quality echocardiographic exams.
They perform routine and complex echocardiographic sonography imaging procedures following departmental guidelines.
They demonstrate acceptable imaging quality standards by critiquing positioning, technical factors, and alignment.
The technologist reviews patient data for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
They document accurately and completely.
They cross-train to other divisions of cardiovascular services.
