Position Summary & Responsibilities

SIG is seeking part-time experienced Ellucian Banner® Human Resources and Payroll Consultants . Part-time roles offer flexibility in scheduling and are based. In this role, you will partner with colleges and universities to optimize HR and payroll operations using Banner.

The ideal candidate will have :

Deep experience in the higher education sector.

Proven expertise in configuring, supporting, and improving Ellucian Banner HR and Payroll modules.

• Hands-on functional Human Resources and Payroll experience within a higher education institution.

This is a remote consulting role (part-time), with occasional travel required.

The listed salary range for this position is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's unique skills and location. Final compensation will be determined through mutual agreement between the successful candidate and SIG.
