Job descriptionRead and understand steps of processes for specific tasks Perform work with a focus on safety and quality Always maintain professional appearance and attitude Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers Work as a team - flexible, responsible, able to develop solutions to problems Responsible for maintaining clean and organized job site Assist in maintaining clean and organized work vehicle Become familiar with proper tools and various materials for jobs NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Valid Driver's License Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate with various personality types Attention to detail and able to complete work by deadline Motivated to learn everything required for HVAC system installation Organization and time management skills Able to calmly handle problems and provide solutions Ability to communicate and work well with others Must be able to lift minimum 50 pounds Able to work outdoors, on roofs, in attics and crawl spaces WEEKLY PAY Health Insurance Paid Holidays Bonus Options

Starting Pay : $25 per hour plus (Depending On Experience)
