Senior Property Manager- dynamic Industrial portfolio

Overview

Senior Property Manager - dynamic Industrial portfolio. This onsite role will oversee the day-to-day management of a blended 2.5 MSF industrial portfolio in Los Angeles. The Property Manager works in an independent environment with support from an Assistant Property Manager and a Property Coordinator.

Base pay range : $110,000.00 / yr - $140,000.00 / yr. RealREPP LLC is assisting with the recruitment for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a 2.5 MSF industrial portfolio in Los Angeles.
• Prepare monthly / quarterly property financial reports (accruals and variance reports) and CAM reconciliations.
• Prepare annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts; monitor operating expenses.
• Coordinate and ensure accuracy of budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, and CAM reconciliations for the Asset Manager.
• Maintain strong communication with tenants and internal teams; provide high-level customer service.
• Support apartment / property operations and be comfortable working in an onsite, independent environment.
