The Market Focused Business Unit Leader's responsibilities encompass the overall direction and strategic vision for the entire WhiteWater company with direct responsibility for the performance of all departments and functions. Includes planning, directing, organizing, and controlling the activities and performance of all company professional, operational, administrative, technical, and financial functions.

Directly supervises up to five managers and oversight of divisions personnel up to 100 employees.

Hiring requirements include a Bachelor of Science degree or advanced technical training in the earth or environmental sciences, or the appropriate water and wastewater licenses. A minimum of ten years of direct experience in the management of water and wastewater systems is required. In-depth and expert knowledge of water and wastewater treatment operations along with sound managerial background and a keen analytical mind are essential. Vital; superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Must be confident in directing and coordinating staff, sub-contractors, and superior organization skills, ability to make independent decisions and multi-task. Must be a business-oriented and must possess a valid unrestricted driver's license.
