In this role, you will serve as ADP's front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on ADP technology, and more. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, assisting with their needs and inquiries regarding their Work Opportunity Tax Credit program.
The nature of what you do every day will not change – your #1 goal is to assist our clients with their Work Opportunity Tax Credit . Still, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client.
To excel in this role, you’ll leverage your strong communication skills to build trust with clients. Whether speaking on the phone or writing, you communicate clearly and effectively, making it easy for clients to understand and act on your guidance. Your flexibility and problem-solving abilities will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty.
