Position Details :

This direct hire role is a full-time role that performs office services work. Hours will range within M-F 8 : 00AM- 6 : 00PM. No nights, no weekends. Business professional dress code and standards are required.

Hourly Compensation : $16.00-17.00 USD per hour, DOE

Responsibilities

The Mail / Copy Team Member - Full Time will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude, in addition to :

• Demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Shipping & Receiving / ordering and stocking of supplies
• Operate mailing, copy and binding equipment
• Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and print requests to customers
• Demonstrating flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines as well as all safety procedures
• Perform other tasks as assigned

The Mail / Copy Team Member - Full Time will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, is effectively able to work independently and in a team environment, in addition to :
