Perform assembly tasks following standardized procedures and guidelines.Read and interpret work orders to assemble products correctly.Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.Identify and report any defects or issues with the products.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.Adhere to production schedules and meet deadlines.Continuously improve assembly processes and suggest efficiency enhancements.REQUIREMENTS :
High school diploma or equivalent.No prior assembly experience required; training will be provided.Ability to read and interpret work orders.Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.Strong attention to detail and quality.Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as required.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs.Punctuality and reliability.DRESS CODE
