Job Title : Service Technician

Property : The Vive Collection - 1,245 Unit Community

Location : San Diego, CA

Reports to : Service Supervisor

Supervisory Responsibilities : None

Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for our residents. This hands-on role involves diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues, completing apartment turnovers, and performing preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a diverse set of technical skills, and a customer-first attitude.

Core Responsibilities

1. Service Requests :

• Respond to, diagnose, and complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner. This includes, but is not limited to :

Plumbing : Repairing and replacing fixtures, clearing stoppages, and fixing leaks (sinks, toilets, bathtubs).
