The Opportunity

As a Financial Accountant , you'll oversee accounting functions across multiple entities-spanning real estate partnerships, corporate operations, and individual financial interests . This role offers hands-on engagement with the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, and process improvement in a dynamic, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledgers across multiple entities, including commercial real estate and personal accounts
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
  • Oversee accounting for property operations-rents, CAM reconciliations, and capital expenditures
  • Support cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Coordinate with outside tax advisors and auditors for compliance and reporting
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to ownership and executive leadership
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen controls

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of accounting experience in commercial real estate, property management, or related industries
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and multi-entity accounting
  • Proficiency with accounting software ( Yardi , QuickBooks , or similar)
  • Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset
  • Ability to manage complex portfolios with discretion and accuracy
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a team-oriented mindset
